October 2010 Food Networks Food and Wine Festival in NYC 

September 24th - 26th ~ Chef Michael was at the Summit Food and Wine Festival where he was pitted against some of the top chefs across the Country~Food Network's own Ingrind Hoffmann was host of the event~

Chef Giletto was along side of Ingrid Hoffmann, Iron Chef Jose Garces, Aaron Sanchez, Kerry Simon, Diane Hendriks, Dave Martin, Mike Psilakis and Hells Kitchen's Paula Da Silva.

August 6th Michael was at Kenmore Live in Chicago performing a demo using Sterling Silver Meats

July 30 to August 2 ~ Food Networks Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival ~ Chef Michael was on stage for a cooking demonstration 

June 13 and 14th ~ National Taste of Elegance held in Baltimore, MD...Chef Michael was emcee of the show

March 13th, 2010 Chef Michael was at the American Culinary Federation in Hershey PA for a demo on stage with Christopher Ranch Garlic

Chef Michael held a cooking demonstration at this year's Philadelphia Flower Show

Worcesters Best Chef Competition - January 31st, 2010
