Chef Michael just wrapped up the finale for The Next Food Network Star. Chef Giletto was a guest panelist along with 24 other professionals from across the Tri-State area. The Show is hosted by Chef Bobby Flay and Chef Giada De Laurentiis. This is going to be a great season so tune in ~ begins on June 6th. Are your ready for your Food Network Fix??

Iron Chef America - Butter - Michael competed on Iron Chef Cat Cora's Team. The heat was on and competition was fierce. Michael was on the line and throwing down dish after dish including his potato gnocchi.
Iron Chef America - Chocolate - Michael was again on Iron Chef Cat Cora's Team as they competed with chocolate as the main ingredient. Michael prepared several sweet (and semi-sweet) dishes including a chocolate chestnut soup and escolar ("Hawaiin Butter Fish") dipped in white chocolate butter cream.
Chopped - Michael put his skills to the test on Food Network's Chopped. His first dish was butter-poached shrimp with Thai peanut butter drizzle complete with fried mint. Next was a sage & tarragon gnocchi with kielbasa lardon. Then dessert - a cinnamon cayenne brownie!

Pressure Cooker - The Movie
