EXECUTIVE CHEF MICHAEL GILETTO RECEIVES SIGNATURE AWARD
Sterling Silver® Premium Meats recognizes Chef Giletto for Signature Chef Support
 
WICHITA (October 14, 2009) – Sterling Silver® Premium Meats honored Chef Michael Giletto
with the Signature Award for his Signature Chef support and displaying brand passion and
enthusiasm. Chef Giletto received the award at a recognition dinner during the 2009 Sterling
Silver® Brand Summit at Scotch & Sirloin Steakhouse in Wichita on Wednesday, October 7, 2009.
 
Chef Giletto supports the Sterling Silver® brand as a Signature Chef; the brand utilizes his
culinary expertise with recipes, trends and at events. “Chef Giletto is most deserving of this
award,” said pork brand manager, Kelly Perrier, “Everyone around Chef Giletto is aware of the

multitude of culinary knowledge he has provided and support he has displayed over the last

Chef Giletto is the executive chef at Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman, New Jersey. He is
an inspiring and accomplished chef, making numerous appearances on both network and local
television, such as the Food Network’s Iron Chef, Chopped, Ultimate Recipe Showdown and
numerous other programs.
